International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 10-21 business days depending on the destination.
Packaging & Handling
Each piece is carefully wrapped in protective materials and custom-fitted packaging to ensure safe arrival. Larger furniture items are secured with corner protectors, foam padding, and double-walled cardboard. We use sustainable packaging materials whenever possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom and made-to-order items may require additional processing time of 2-4 weeks. You will be notified of any delays via email.
