• Dimensions are approximate and may have a tolerance of +/- 5%
• Wood grain patterns are unique to each piece
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products

3. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order through our website:

• You warrant that you are at least 18 years old
• You provide accurate and complete information
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping
• Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of your offer
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms and conditions:

• Free standard shipping on orders over $150 within the continental US
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
• International shipping may be subject to customs duties and taxes
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs

5. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy:

• 30-day return window for unused items in original packaging
• Custom and personalized items are final sale
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Items must be free from damage, wear, and alterations

6. Warranty

WoodMuse products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, improper care, or environmental factors. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service with your order number and photos of the defect.
